The Nebraska Foundation for Spinal Research
The Nebraska Foundation for Spinal Research was founded in 1998 as a non-profit organization by the orthopaedic spine surgeons of the Nebraska Spine Center, with the belief that medical research of spine diseases and disorders is a primary component of overall patient service.
The Foundation supports research initiated by the surgeons of the Nebraska Spine Center and carries out company sponsored research. These research activities not only improve the care given to patients but also many times offer patients the opportunity to have novel treatments at reduced or no cost.

Mission Statement
The Nebraska Foundation for Spinal Research conducts medical research to discover, develop, and/or verify the causes, treatment, diagnosis, prevention, and control of spinal diseases and disorders. We are dedicated to providing care for spinal diseases and disorders to those in our communities who might not otherwise receive such care. In so doing, we remain committed to being a national source of education and information related to spinal diseases and disorders.
